Submitting any digital media to our firm for printing constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or other fault of our company, subsidary or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of blank digital media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the digital media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery damages is excluded.
