We have a minimum order charge of $10.00 for all orders that get picked up and $15.00 per order when being shipped that are received through our Digital Link/ROES software.  All other orders received outside of our Digital Link/ROES software will be subject to additional processing charges including shipping, and longer turnaround times.

This total shows up on all orders prior to submission on the "Order Review" page in our Digital Link/ROES software.  Once your order goes over the $10.00 minimum the price changes accordingly.  Shipping is not included in the minimum charge when "pick up" is selected, shipping is included in the $15.00 minimum. 

Our default shipping method is UPS 2-Day, and all orders can be tracked by logging into our web site.  2-Day UPS is free back to the studio address on file only.  Two separate orders cannot be combined to prevent a minimum order charge with either option.

We understand that our minimum orders may be an inconvenience to those customers who wish to purchase a single 4x6, 5x7 or an 8x10 and for that we apologize.  Please understand that we would not turn away any business if we could reasonably and profitably process orders this size profitably.  This is a decision we had to make in order to effectively run our business with a view to its long term health.
