We charge a minimum of $5.00 for all pick-up orders, and $12.00 per order when your order is being shipped. Any order that is received outside of our Digital Link/ROES software will be subject to additional processing charges including shipping, and longer turnaround times.

This total shows up on all orders prior to submission on the "Review Order" page in the ROES software.  Once your order goes over the $5.00/$12.00 minimum , your price will change accordingly.  

Our default shipping method is UPS 2-Day, all orders can be tracked by logging into our web site under your account.  Our free 2-Day UPS will ship your package to the address you have on file in your account with Diversified Lab. Two separate orders cannot be combined to prevent a minimum order charge with either option.

If you have smaller orders that will not reach minimum, our Small Order Shipment service may suit you better.
