Diversified Lab has a minumum order charge of $7.50 for all orders received through our Digital Link/ROES software.
This total shows up on all orders prior to submission on the order review page. Once your order goes over the $7.50 minimum the price changes accordingly. Shipping is not included in the minimum charge. Two separate orders can not be combined to prevent a minimum charge.
We understand that our $7.50 order minimum may be an inconvenience to those customers who wish to purchase a single 4x6, 5x7 or an 8x10 and for that we apologize. Please understand that we would not turn away any business if we could reasonably and profitably process these orders. We simply cannot process an order this size profitably. This is a decision we had to make in order to effectively run our business with a view to its long term health.
