Please remember that with our automated workflow, orders move through our production system quickly. When submitting an order during regular operating hours (8-5), there's a good chance it will move past the point of cancellation just minutes after submission. If you need to make a change, please cancel the order in question and resubmit a new one immediately.
To do this, just respond to the Digital Link confirmation email with your cancellation request and a customer service representative will call with further insrtuctions. |
