Shipping Damage

Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package.  If there appears to be any critical damage, immediately examine the contents and contact us to begin the replacement process.  Do not throw the print(s) away. 

Although it is uncommon, in certain situations we may ask you to return the product for further examination.  The damaged order will be put back into production and given top priority in our production schedule, then shipped back using the orders original shipping method.

Do not submit a new order, as with all remakes, we will only print from the file(s) submitted with the original orders specifications.

You have 3 days after receipt of your package to make a claim of shipping damage, after 3 days we will not accept any claim for any reason and only then will a new order need to be submitted.
