Free Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping within the continental US. There is a $12.00 minimum and the shipping method is at Diversified Lab's discretion. Most residential addresses ship via USPS and most commercial addresses ship via UPS, but the size and weight of the package is the final determining factor. For orders shipped via USPS, Diversified Lab reserves the right to a 14 day period prior to re-printing an order if the package has not been received. Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail do not have tracking.

Upgrades and Expedited Shipping

• Upgrade standard shipping to UPS Ground with tracking for an additional $6.00. With this upgrade multiple orders received the same day may be combined into one package, but orders will not be held overnight.
• For upgrades to UPS 2-Day Air the cost is $15.00 for standard size packages and $27.50 for over-sized packages. Any mounted or framed prints larger than a 20x24 are considered over-sized.
• Upgrades to UPS Saver and UPS Next Day are charged at actual cost.

Upgrading the shipping method does not affect the in-lab time

Drop Shipping

Drop ship handling is $5.00 per order in addition to shipping charges. The entire order needs to be drop shipped; we will not split orders and send them to separate addresses. Minimum order charge still applies

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are sent via UPS and are charged at actual cost.
